Features
► Greater magnification is provided by a new computer designed glass lens system utilizing special lenses with greater back focal lengths to accommodate a wide range of operator eyesight conditions. Sealed and protected magnification lens with replaceable top eyepiece window.
► Superior Portable illumination provided by two lightweight internal LED illuminators with water resistant, glass filled polyurethane construction cases designed for easy battery changes and superior abrasion and acid resistance. The Dual battery powered illumination assemblies provide better illumination of the edge of the part to be inspected with the option of using a single source for lighting and the second source for a “back up” illuminator.►

► Portable, “on gage” lightweight LED light source has three intensity levels of light or an auto off function on brightest setting. A microprocessor controlled on/off switch features a state of the art integrated circuit with seven modes selected and activated by the top mode button. In any of the 3 brightness levels or strobe modes, the light will stay on until the button is squeezed again to turn it off. In the auto shut-off mode, the light will start with several rapid flashes and then switch to full brightness before turning itself off after one minute. When switched off, the computer remembers the last mode of operation, and automatically returns to that mode when the light is turned on again.

► Convenient Electronic Bypass. At anytime in any mode or even in the off position the bottom half of the button is an override to the electronics. Squeezing and holding this override button provides you with maximum brightness in any situation.
► Every illuminator features gold plated battery contacts for improved reliability and electrical performance.
► The LED bulbs are unbreakable and have a useful life of 10 years. Uses two lithium batteries with a “continuous on” run time of 12 hours, the longest battery life of any portable LED mini light. Note: The “continuous on” time of a similar MAG™ flashlight Is less than 4 hours.
►Knurled sleeve protector with tamper resistant screw to prevent unauthorized removal of LED illuminators or bottom SIGHT-PIPE gage disassembly.
►Rubber Eye guard gives the inspector a more comfortable & consistent eye rest position & increases user accuracy by reducing ambient light and glare reflections.

►“No Roll” flat on housing O.D. to prevent gage from rolling, properly positions the SIGHT-PIPE® window up for protection, and provides a recessed area for customer gage number mounting.
► Felt lined, foam filled, storage case with gage operating instructions.
