| The
505M stand system utilizes a programmable readout, joystick controlled, motorized,
precision linear slide to
quickly and accurately view and/or measure internal & external features on a variety
of parts.
This system is versatile enough to be used to measure a single dimension on a single part, but really excels at quickly measuring a number of features on a family of parts. |

| This gage is equipped with a programmable digital readout and a highly accurate glass scale. The operator may choose to either run a program that follows a predetermined measuring sequence of dimensions (our recommended method) or choose to run the gage merely by moving point to point as necessary and zeroing out the gage and changing tool offsets or ABS/INC (Absolute & Incremental settings) if necessary. |
The operator may also program, save and recall any sequence of moves he may choose to be appropriate for the part. He can save up to 99 different measuring routines or programs. The interface is straightforward and easy to use— as a matter of fact it was chosen for it's versatility, durability, accuracy, and resemblance to interfaces used by operators found on many of the most common, current machine tools (Mills, Lathes, EDM, ..etc.).
