Gage is custom designed for each application and includes SIGHT-PIPE(R) BOREVIEW(TM); one for Intake and one for Exhaust with each including a camera, optics, a Calibration Master and a certified Gage Diameter Master.
Adjustable lighting is provided and shared. Also included is VIDEO TOOLBOX PRO(TM) software which customer installs on their computer.
The software allows switching between two cameras with an electronic A-B switch.
- This Gage is used to measure the valve seat landwidth in cylinder heads.
- Gage can measure gage diameter to top of seat and/or the seat width itself.
- Gage is placed in Calibration Master to calibrate the software to the master.

Horizontal crosshair, from the software, is aligned to the gage diameter.
Gage is placed in head.
Second horizontal crosshair is aligned to top edge of seat.
Dimension measured will be displayed.
To measure seat width:
Gage is placed in head
Horizontal crosshair, from the software, is aligned to the bottom edge of the seat.
Second horizontal crosshair is aligned to the top edge of the seat.
Dimension measured is displayed.
