The Boreview™ System

The SIGHT-PIPEÒ BOREVIEWÔ System (shown above) incorporates a magnifying lens system, supplemental lighting and special SIGHT-PIPESÒ to inspect internal characteristics with greater detail. The advantages of a BOREVIEWÔ System include:

- accepts interchangeable Right Angle View, 360° View and Straight View SIGHT-PIPEÒ Optical Components, with diameters down to .125"

- incorporates Fiber Optic Illumination or other supplemental lighting

- custom SIGHT-PIPEÒ reticle patterns available-i.e.-"close tolerance" Depth Gages.

- can be used as stand alone "microscope" or closed circuit TV and/or video printer output available

- can be used as a hand held device or incorporated into one of our modular measuring / positioning stands

- serves as the primary component in our Landcheck Gage which is used to inspect cylinder head intake and exhaust valve seats.

-can be adaptable to Machine Vision and Sensor Systems via a c-mount adapter lens.
