I received the E-mail "pdf" literature files you have sent me now what do I do?
Try clicking on the "XXXXX.pdf" file name sent to you in your e-mail messaging software. On many systems clicking on the file will cause the program to run and open the file automatically or you will be asked if you would like to "Open" or "Save to Disk". If you choose the "Save To Disk" option make sure you write down the file location and name of the file you are saving. You may also check to be sure you have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader (Preferably the latest version) loaded on you computer. In Windows you can do this by clicking on the "Start" button menu & looking under "Programs" under "Adobe Acrobat". If you do not have it already installed on your system, follow the links on this page to download it directly from Adobe for free. Here are links to download the most recent versions:

on your computer or in your browser If you are having problems viewing any "pdf" files in your browser, you should first check to see if you have the most recent versions of your browser and Adobe Acrobat.
